Using firmware 14929 ( brainslayer )
For wrt160nl, the libusb file seems not to be working, so the workaround is to use terminal software ( for eg. In winxp we use hyperterminal or in linux we can use putty ) and key the following command to make the e1550 modem only mode :
AT^U2DIAG=0
Make sure the terminal returns an "OK".
