Widget The Guardian mengambil tulisan dari The Guardian newspaper melalui API The Guardian. Agar widget dapat bekerja, kita perlu memasukan API key, yang dapat di peroleh dari access platform The Guardian.
- Insert the API key for the widget to work.
- Provide the query and set the time frame from which to retrieve the articles.
- Define which features to retrieve from the Guardian platform.
- Information on the output.
- Press Search to start retrieving the articles or Stop to stop the retrieval.

Widget The Guardian dapat digunakan seperti widget untuk mengambil data lainnya yang ada di Orange, seperti widget NY Times, widget Wikipedia, widget Twitter atau widget PubMed.
Dalam Workflow di bawah ini, kita menggunakan widget The Guardian untuk mengambil 240 artikel yang menyebut slovenia antara september 2017 dan september 2018. Text yang akan di ambil termasuk headline artikel dan content artikel. Setelah menekan tombol Search, artikel-artikel tersebut akan di ambil. Kita dapat mengamati hasilnya di widget Corpus Viewer.
